Introduction
Founded in 1965, the Dallas Nursing Institute offers a vocational degree in the field of nursing. This degree program prepares the student to enter the field of nursing and prepares the student to have a successful career. Students take classes in numerous aspects of nursing, including proper nursing procedures, patient care and assessment, body growth and development, medication administration, body systems, proper patient care, and medical terminology. These classes will prepare students to gain employment in facilities such as hospitals, clinics, medical corrections, and doctor offices.
