Introduction
Branford Hall Career Institute was founded in 1965 by Nelson Bernaducci. Mr. Bernaducci was a state-certified teacher who dedicated himself to helping others prepare to achieve successful careers. In 1969, the Connecticut Department of Education gave permission to the institution to operate as a business school for one year; offering full time courses for students to receive degrees. In 1977 the institute was accredited as a business school by the Accrediting Council for Colleges and Schools that are independent. In 1993, The Department of Education received jurisdiction over the school.
Since 1979, the institute’s students have benefited from curriculum changes that have been made available to keep up with technological advances. Students continue to excel due to their own hard work and dedication, plus the support they receive from faculty and staff devoted to each students academic and professional development.
