Introduction
Northland Community and Technical College came into existence in 1949 when the Minnesota State Board of Education permitted an area vocational school for Thief River Falls. After a few name changes and mergers, the school finally became Northland Community and Technical College. This two year community college is committed to building a quality learning environment for students through partnerships with businesses, communities, and other educational institutions. Apart from the Thief River Falls Campus and East Grand Forks Campus, the institute also operates satellite campuses in Roseau and TRF Airport.
